New HYPR-X Compound HYPR-X is the culmination of Maxxis’ rubber compound development, combining the best elements of our HYPR road and MaxxSpeed mountain compounds. Compared to the outgoing dual-rubber compound, HYPR-X reduces rolling resistance by 25%* and improves cornering traction by 19%. .
