DT Swiss G 1800 Classic Clincher Rear Wheel

Expand your horizons and take on demanding off-road routes with the DT Swiss G 1800 Classic Clincher Rear Wheel. Built specifically to handle rugged gravel tracks and heavy-duty touring, this versatile rear wheel features an updated, angular rim shape designed to maximise structural strength and impact resistance. It contributes to a class-leading maximum system weight capacity of 150 kg, making it the ideal, worry-free companion for fully loaded bikepacking rigs and exploratory rides far beyond smooth tarmac.

Broad rim width for off-road stability and grip

With an expansive 26 mm internal rim width and a low-profile 20 mm rim height, this tubeless-ready rear wheel creates a wide, supportive foundation for high-volume gravel tyres. The generous footprint enables you to run lower inflation pressures without sacrificing cornering stability, giving you enhanced traction over loose surfaces, reduced rolling resistance on rough trails, and a supple, fatigue-reducing ride quality. The build utilizes robust DT competition J-bend spokes laced in a 3-cross pattern with DT Pro Lock Squorx brass nipples, ensuring maximum strength and easy serviceability wherever your travels lead.

Dependable Swiss precision engineered for heavy loads

At the center of the rear wheel, a reliable DT Swiss 370 CLASSIC hub houses the smooth and responsive 36T Ratchet LN system to deliver direct power transfer when pushing up steep gradients. Designed for modern disc-brake gravel setups, this wheel arrives equipped with pre-installed tubeless rim tape and tubeless valve so you can set up and head out straight away. Upgrade your bike with the DT Swiss G 1800 Classic Rear Wheel today and tackle every new path with absolute confidence.
